I joined the team in 2012 as the co-editor of the NODA News and the Advertising/Classifies editor and after a short break became the lead editor in 2018. I volunteer in other capacities for NODA including formatting the recognized show program, the banquet program, formatting ads and writing articles, as well as taking photos and helping out at various events. My dressage partner is a 2008 Welsh cross pony, Aleksandr Robyn (aka Alaska) who lives at home at Spruce Narrows Farm in Seville. We train with NODA Professional Liaison, Emily Gill. In 2023 we took the leap to show in two Recognized Dressage Shows and a Recognized Working Equitation show which was quite a bit of fun and a learning experience. Supported in all things equestrian by my husband, Denis, we also have our Friesian mare, Sietske, and two standard poodles, Supai and Piegan at home. When I'm not riding, I treasures time with family, grandchildren, hiking, volunteering, and gardening.
