We are very excited to have you join us and look forward to a great show weekend. Thank you to all the sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers and the many that make this show run. Below, please find some additional show notes and information. If you have questions, please reach out to show management. Thank you and I hope everyone has great rides! 1. This is a very full show. As such please be respectful of all your fellow exhibitors. If there are any questions or concerns, please reach out to show management. 2. Weekend temperatures are not predicted to be excessive however, if the coat rule is waved due to temperature, please be aware of USEF rules for attire. 3. Warm-up, lunging, rings, stabling, etc. will be clearly marked with signage and noted on the show grounds map. There is no lunging in the warm-up ring. 4. Please join us for the Exhibitors party Saturday Evening in the pavilion overlooking ring one and ring two. 5. We are continuing to follow Biosecurity Protocol as outlined in the Prize List 6. TD Stabling bit check will be on or about 3pm – 6pm Friday and throughout Sat/Sun as determined by the TD. 7. Office Hours: Friday Noon - 6:30pm Saturday Noon - 6:30pm Sunday Noon - 6:30pm 8. Stabling opens Friday at 10am 9. Please note, horse/rider combinations MUST be “checked-in” with the secretary and provided their number before the horse is mounted. Numbers MUST be worn by the horse at ALL times when the horse is outside of the stall. 10. Schooling schedule: * Schooling opens Friday at 1:00pm * Schooling in show rings closes Friday @ 6:30pm * Schooling in the warm-up area closes Friday @ 7:30pm. Please note when schooling past 6:30pm, Freestyle sound checks are scheduled for Friday at 6:30pm in Ring 1. * No schooling in rings on Saturday or Sunday * Hand walking around rings Saturday AM and Sunday AM from 5:00am – 6:00am * Lunging in designated areas only – No lunging in warm-up 11. Freestyle sound checks are Friday at 6:30pm. As such please have all Freestyles submitted to the show manager by Friday @ 10am. If you are not available Friday, a secondary time of Saturday from 4:30-5:00am is available by appointment with the show manager. 12. Dressage 2024/Encore is sharing the facility with an additional event. PLEASE NOTE – we are NOT sharing our “Show Grounds”. The show grounds map (found in the show office) is essential and clearly defines Dressage 2024/Encore’s “Show Grounds”. Exhibitor horses only are allowed on the “Show Grounds”. To help ensure all respect Dressage 2024/Encore’s show ground boundaries and stabling, wristbands have been included with your exhibitor packets. Please ensure all riders, trainers, grooms, exhibitors, family/friends of Dressage 2024/Encore wear the enclosed wrist bands throughout the show weekend. As a reminder, if you have not recently, please refamiliarize yourself with USEF’s Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy (MAAPP) and USDF’s Statement on Animal Welfare, both can be found in the Prize List.
